Frank Marshal is an independent investor, and a General Partner in Timark LP. Mr. Marshall is a former Vice President & General Manager of the Core Business Unit of CISCO Systems. Before joining CISCO, Mr. Marshall was one of the founders of Convex Computer where he held various top executive positions including Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Service.
