Clara, Calif. - March 1, 2000 - Perfecto Technologies, the leading
developer of Web application security management software, today
announced two additions to the Company's executive management
team. The new additions are Nigel Tranter, who joins Perfecto
as vice president of customer support services and Jay Zimmet,
who joins as vice president of sales. Tranter and Zimmet bring
a wealth of management experience to Perfecto and will play
a vital role in helping the Company build on the success of
its flagship product, AppShield, the first Web application security
solution designed specifically for eBusinesses.

In his role
as vice president of customer support services, Tranter is charged
with building and managing Perfecto's customer support infrastructure.
He will be responsible for Post Sales Consultancy, MIS and Support.
Prior to Perfecto, Tranter served as the director of global
rights registry for Cybersource and held several senior management
positions in technical services and customer care support at
Specialix International.
As vice
president of sales, Zimmet will oversee all of Perfecto's sales
activities, including the development and execution of the Company's
sales strategies. Zimmet brings to Perfecto over 20 years of
experience in management and sales positions in the computer
software industry, including more than 8 years in the security
software market. Previously, Zimmet was vice president of global
channels and partnerships at Memco Software, where he was responsible
for directing all aspects of worldwide channel sales and business
development. Zimmet has also held executive positions with Pelican
Security, Platinum Technologies, Lexia Systems, and ICL.
