Peggy Weigle, Chief
Executive Officer
Peggy Weigle, Sanctum's Chief Executive Officer, joined Sanctum in
September 1999 and has led the company's growth to be the leader
in Web application security solutions. Before joining Sanctum, Weigle
held several senior management positions at Hyperion Solutions
and, prior to the merger of the two companies, Arbor Software. She
was Vice President and General Manager of Hyperion's Performance
Management division after serving as Vice President Worldwide
Field Operations. At Arbor Software, Weigle was Vice President
North America Sales. Weigle is a member of several security
committees including BENS Silicon Valley Cyber Security Working
Group, Chairman, Application sub-committee and the Silicon
Valley Blue Ribbon Task Force on Aviation Security and Technology,
member of the Technology Sub-committee. She holds a Bachelor
of Arts and Philosophy, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts.

Amit Barkan, Vice President,
Research and Development; General Manager, Sanctum LTD.
Amit Barkan is the Vice President of Research and Development and General Manager
of Sanctum LTD. Mr. Barkan has
over 10 years experience in software development specializing in web application
and content security. Prior to joining the Sanctum team, Mr. Barkan
was the VP R&D of GamePlay Technologies (London:GAM.L) where he managed
development for cross platform games for interactive TV, broadband
networks and cellular communities. Prior to working at GamePlay, Mr.
Barkan managed a department of 50 developers at Commtouch (CTCH) where
he served as the director of applications. He also spent two years working
for Finjan, a mobile code security company as Gateway products team leader
where he developed a patent pending ActiveX scanning algorithm. Mr. Barkan
holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from Tel-Aviv University.

Diane Fraiman, Senior Vice President,
Marketing and Business Development
Diane Fraiman brings over 20 years of international sales and
marketing experience to Sanctum. Previously, Fraiman was vice
president of corporate marketing at Informix Corporation, where
she was the driving force behind the implementation and measurement
of marketing programs and services associated with Informix's
worldwide business solutions strategy. She has also held senior
management positions at Tektronix, Inc., Sequent Corporation
and Digital Equipment Corporation. Fraiman holds a bachelor's
degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Jim Gallagher, Vice President, Channel and Professional Services
Jim Gallagher is Sanctum's Vice President of Channel and Professional Services.
Jim has over 20 years of successful sales and system integration experience. Prior
to joining Sanctum, Jim was at Informix Software running the Global Partner
Program where his team was responsible for relationships with Sun, HP, IBM, Siebel,
SAP, PeopleSoft and others. In 1998, Jim was responsible for creating the
Informix ISV Channel resulting in hundreds of new software partners and
over 10 million dollars in incremental software license sales in the first year. Prior to Informix, Jim
held leadership positions in sales and business development with HP, Illustra,
BancTec and Marketron International.

Richard Greene, Senior Vice President,
Sales
Richard Greene brings a successful 13 year track record in sales and business
development to Sanctum as VP of Sales. Richard comes to Sanctum from Arcot
Systems where he was VP of Worldwide Channels responsible for the overall
channel strategy. Prior to Arcot, Richard worked for Network Associates
as VP of Worldwide Business Development. In that role, Richard built
the worldwide strategic relationships with over 20 strategic accounts
including Microsoft, Sun, IBM, AT&T and Sprint. Richard comes from
the UK where he was instrumental in the start-ups of Symantec and PGP.
Richard has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham University.

Steve Orrin, CTO
Steve Orrin is CTO of Sanctum, Inc. Prior to joining Sanctum, Steve was
CTO and co-founder of LockStar, Inc. LockStar provided enterprises with
the means to secure and XML/WebService enable legacy and enterprise
applications for e-business. Orrin joined LockStar from SynData
Technologies, Inc. where he was CTO and chief architect of their
desktop e-mail and file security product. At SynData, Orrin also managed
the technology and software development team. A recognized expert and
frequent lecturer on enterprise security, he has developed several
patent-pending technologies covering user authentication, secure data
access and steganography and one issued patent in steganography. Orrin holds
an honors degree in research biology from Kean University and is published
in several scientific and medical journals. Orrin is a member of the
International Association of Cryptographic Research (IACR), the Network and
Systems Professionals Association (NaSPA), the Computer Security Institute (CSI)
and the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA). He participates in
several working groups of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF)
and OASIS, the Organization for the Advancement of Structured
Information Standards.
